Welcome to Stone Ridge Estates

Come ready to celebrate.

Stone Ridge is a country wedding venue just beyond the everyday pace of the Tri-Cities. A little planning before the drive will make your arrival simple, comfortable, and right on time.

Stone Ridge Estates220 Carr Road · Pasco, Washington 99301Please do not use the former Burden Boulevard venue address.

Getting here

Follow the highway into farm country.

From the Tri-Cities, travel toward Burbank and take the Kahlotus Highway exit. Continue for approximately six miles. GPS sometimes suggests a route through downtown Pasco; the highway route is usually the easiest.

Watch for the large yellow mailbox, then turn right onto Carr Road. The guest parking entrance is the first gate on the right, just beyond the crop-duster airfield and chain-link fence. Follow the venue signs and cones past the barn into pasture parking.

When to arrive

About 15–20 minutes early

Unless the couple has asked you to arrive earlier for setup or photographs, please arrive no more than 15–20 minutes before the invitation time. This protects the final setup and private moments before the ceremony.

02

What to wear

Dress for the country and the weather

The reception barn is not climate-controlled. Check the forecast and choose comfortable, country-appropriate shoes. Shoes must remain on because pasture grass, stickers, and cheatgrass are part of the natural setting.

Accessible arrival

A closer paved parking area

Guests with accessibility needs, older guests, expectant mothers, and families using strollers may continue past the first gate to the first paved driveway on the right. Please use the designated accessible lot without blocking its entrance.

Good to know before you go

The little details that keep the day flowing beautifully.

These guidelines protect the celebration, the property, and the people enjoying both.

Parking at the estate
  • Park neatly in straight rows and only in designated pasture areas.
  • Never park near the pond; it is a fire pond and emergency access must remain clear.
  • Do not park along the fence behind the barn. This is a fire lane, and vehicles may be towed.
  • Do not park on Carr Road, where large farm equipment regularly travels.
  • A vehicle may be left overnight at the owner’s risk for a safe ride home, but it must be collected by 10:00 AM the next morning.
Finding the ceremony and reception

From pasture parking, enter through the open gate into the barn lawn area and follow the “Ceremony This Way” signs. The ceremony gate generally opens about ten minutes before the ceremony. Until then, please enjoy the barn lawn and keep all gates closed.

The Main House and Guest House are private residences and are not part of the event space. The getting-ready suites are reserved for the couple, wedding party, parents, and scheduled vendors.

Children at Stone Ridge

Please honor an adult-only invitation when requested by the couple. Children who are invited must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

  • Children may enjoy the large lawn, but not the rock landscaping or pasture.
  • Keep children completely away from the pool, ponds, and water features; the property is not entirely fenced.
  • The photo booth is not a play area. Children must be supervised and props returned neatly.
  • If a bounce house is provided for the event, use is at the guest’s own risk and safe play is required.
Alcohol and getting home safely
  • Bring a physical photo ID. Guests ordering alcohol will be carded.
  • Alcohol may only be served by the event’s authorized professional bar staff. Outside alcohol and self-service are prohibited.
  • Straight shots are not served; spirits are poured as single-shot mixed drinks.
  • Service will be refused to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
  • The bar typically opens after the ceremony.

Rideshare service reaches the estate, but wait times and fares can vary. Arrange a designated driver, group ride, or pickup plan before the celebration begins.

Restrooms, baby care, and amenities

Restrooms are located beside the reception barn. A baby-changing station is available in the women’s restroom and family room. Babies should never be left unattended, and diapers should be bagged before disposal.

Smoking, cleanup, and caring for the grounds

Smoking is limited to the designated outdoor smoking area. Use the provided butt receptacles—never the lawn, pathways, or flower pots.

Before leaving, please clear your place setting and place plates, cans, and wrappers in the waste containers around the property. It is a small kindness that helps the couple’s celebration end smoothly.
